Your new role1 year temporary assignment.Outbound collections calls to customers, handling a very high volume of daily dials to secure immediate payment of outstanding balances.Taking payments over the phone quickly, accurately, and securely while delivering a professional customer experience.Negotiating payment using strong communication skills to meet daily and weekly cash collection targets.Handling inbound calls from customers with questions about payments, arrears, or account issues, resolving queries to encourage prompt settlement.Sending follow-up emails such as statements, reminders, and copy invoices immediately after calls.Agreeing short-term payment plans when needed and ensuring they are followed through.Updating CRM/finance systems in real time with call notes, outcomes, and payment activity.Prioritising accounts based on ageing and risk to maximise collections.Working to KPIs in a fast-moving, target-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Escalating complex cases where appropriate while owning day-to-day collection activity.Balancing firmness with great service to achieve positive outcomes for both the business and the customer.What you''ll need to succeedSomeone who thrives in a high-volume phone-based ..... full job details .....
