They are seeking a Functional Consultant to join their team, working with clients to design and implement innovative business solutions.About the Role As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and processes, translate requirements into functional solutions, and guide the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. You will run workshops, capture requirements, manage product backlogs, and advise clients on CRM roadmaps and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Run workshops, interviews, and observation sessions with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirementsTranslate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories following Behavior Driven Development (BDD)Own the functional design of solutions to ensure they meet user needs and align with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilitiesAdvise on business process reengineering and enhancements based on best practicesCollaborate with solution architects and developers to outline high-level and low-level designsExcite clients with the "art of the possible" and support CRM roadmapsWork in Agile teams, planning sprint
