MANUFACTURING OPERATIVE HUDDERSFIELD, BRADLEY AFTERNOONS OR NIGHTS PERMANENT Our client is a large manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Huddersfield, Bradley, and due to continued growth and expansion, they require a number of well versed manufacturing operatives to work across either permanent afternoon or night shifts. Key Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company. Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development. Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is always achieved.Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork. Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.
