In this pivotal Pensions Administration role, you ll be responsible for tackling complex queries, performing intricate pension calculations, and ensuring smooth and compliant processes. What You ll Be Doing as "Pensions Administrator" Handling complex client and scheme member queries through email, phone, and letters. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the schemes you administer, ensuring all activities align with scheme rules. Performing advanced pensions calculations and entering pension data, covering a variety of member and scheme events. Identifying opportunities for additional revenue and ensuring costs are calculated for extra work requests. Staying updated on the latest pension legislation, procedural changes, and industry developments to ensure compliance. What We re Looking For: Proven experience as a "Pensions Administrator" liaising with clients and trustees in the pensions sector.
