DescriptionSenior Director, Head of Project Management – EMEA (on Account)RoleThe role is to lead and take full responsibility for the EMEA Project and Development Services (PDS)activity delivered on one of JLL’s key global accounts. The role reports to the EMEA Account Director with a matrix line to the Head of EMEA PDS and will involve bringing together the existing Project Management teams to create a well-structured Projectsfunction. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person todevelop and lead a high performing team, whilst building our capability and contributing to the growth of the PDSand JLLAccounts business.ResponsibilitiesLeadership - work with the Geo-Heads of PDS and Tetris and other key stakeholders to set the business plan for The Client’sportfolio of projects and lead delivery of this plan. This will include being a figurehead and ambassador for the team, both within the firm and outside.Financial -

take full responsibility for the financial performance of the Account Projects functionandmeeting financial performance targets. This includes setting and managing budgets, productivity of the team, billing and collection of aged debt.Growth -

work with the UK Head of Growth and Client Strategyand other key stakeholders within PDS, Tetris and wider business to developaclear growth strategy for the Account. Engage with the other PDS service line, sectorand regional leads to identifyand secure opportunities for PM and drive a growth mindset within the team.Management– overall responsibility to lead a team of -20 Projects professionals.Line management of the Senior M2 Project Director team in GeoHub locations; London, Paris and Dubai as well as MAC and Small Works Director and Account PMO Function.Delivery - where necessary, lead on delivery of projects and engender a culture of high performance and innovation across the team. Promote the adoption of new technologies to enhance our service delivery to clients and improve efficiencies across the project lifecycle.People and Culture -

set the tone and promote a culture of inclusivity creating a true OnePM team and OnePDSdynamic with a sense of pride and belonging.Resourcing and Recruitment -

responsible for the efficient management of resources across all grades within the team for the Account including variable resource.Identify capability and resource gaps and liaise with the recruitment team to attract and recruit the best talent.Build and own relationships with key clients for the team representing the wider offering of all PDS business lines.Build relationships across JLL andactively supportaOneJLL approach to maximise cross selling opportunities for PDS on the Account and the wider business.Identify and lead on key pursuits/must wins and engaging with the pursuits team as required for RFPs for Account Major projects.Ownership of the pipeline data for the team ensuring accuracy of reportingAttend key industry events and conferences, with speaking slots where appropriate.Support the Account Director on the development of promotional materials and collateral to promote capability of the team internally and externally and promote the JLL brand.Characteristics, Skills and ExperienceExperience of leading teams creating a one team dynamic and building relationships with people across all grades in the firm.Planning and successful delivery of business plans.Recognised internally and externally as a leader in the PMmarket.Proven track record in building teams.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial metrics.Excellentinterpersonal skills - confident with client interaction and giving presentations.Ability to interpret complex information, solve problems and bring forward solutions.Flexible and comfortable working in a non-routine way.International Experience especially within EMEA and APAC essential.#LI-ND1Location:On-site –London, GBR If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
