Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team.The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability and minimising downtime across a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical fault finding on production and plant equipmentPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Support continuous improvement and reliability projectsWork closely with production teams to minimise downtimeEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety standardsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationRequirementsElectrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds or equivalent)Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environmentsStrong fault-finding skills on electrical systems and control panelsExperience with PLC fault finding (desirable)Ability to work effectively within a shift-based teamWhat''s On Offer 48,000 salaryPanama shift pattern providing excellent work
