What You''ll Be Doing Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on plant hire equipment.Carry out routine maintenance to keep machinery performing at peak levels.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.Clearly communicate technical information to both customers and team members.Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs.Work independently and as part of a team to deliver results in a busy environment.Ensure Health and Safety compliance through regular checks and safe working procedures.Escalate complex issues to the Plant Operations Manager when required.Champion excellent customer service and uphold company standards in all interactions. ?
