Job Title: SEMH & SEN Support
Location: Hull and Surrounding Areas
Salary: -90 - -110 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

We''re looking for caring, committed and adaptable SEMH/SEN Support Staff to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a supply basis, with a mix of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements available - tailored to your availability and preferences.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and/or broader SEN needs
• Supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, communication and access to learning
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to deliver tailored support
• Encouraging positive relationships, confidence and independence in pupils

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEMH and/or SEN, ideally within a school or care setting
• A patient, empathetic and proactive approach to behaviour and emotional support
• Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of different pupils and settings
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, Team Teach, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
