You will be supporting the Head of Corporate Taxes for Europe, acting as a key advisor on both

corporate and people tax matters . This role spans strategic projects, operational tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Mobility, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Act as a key contact for corporate and people tax matters across Europe.

Support strategic projects, including new market expansions and corporate structure considerations.

Oversee corporate tax compliance for multiple European entities and branches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide guidance on employee mobility, travel, expatriates, and related corporate/individual tax implications.

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams on employment tax, PSA, IR35, and contractor matters.

Contribute to transfer pricing, RandD, tax audits, and tax authority interactions.

Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and controls.

Monitor European tax legislation, advise on impacts, and lead implementation.

Support broader governance, risk management, and control frameworks.

About You

Strong background and proven experience in a similar corporate/people tax role.

Excellent advisory skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
