Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs. Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs. Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and motivating learning environment. Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential. Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level. Strong subject knowledge and abiity to adapt lessons to different learners. Enhanced DBS check ( or willingness to obtain one). Right to work in the UK. Desired: Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs. Background in tutoring or delivering targeted interventions.
