This role will focus on creating and validating the mathematical frameworks behind casino games across both retail and digital platforms. Working alongside experienced designers and developers, you ll take ownership of game maths models from concept through to release, ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle. What You ll Be Doing: Designing and refining mathematical models for casino-style games Producing simulations and detailed calculations to validate game performance Creating and maintaining clear, structured maths documentation Working closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of models Supporting game submissions with required technical documentation Reviewing competitor products and analysing performance data Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and modelling approaches Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members What We re Looking For: Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in casino game mathematics or similar role Degree in Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Strong programming ability for statistical simulations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of casino maths theor
