Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £55,000 car allowance benefits

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading refurbishment and maintenance contractor. Working across planned works within the social housing sector (including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and doors), you’ll take on key commercial responsibility—splitting your time between home, office, and local sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract progress, costs and variations

• Value and approve sub-contractor payments

• Support budget control and cash flow forecasting

• Prepare payment applications and valuation reports

• Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments

• Contribute to procurement programmes and bid/tender submissions

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing projects

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office)

• Full UK driving licence required

• Willingness to undergo a DBS check

• Salary up to £55,000
