Business Development Manager – Fire & Security

Permanent Opportunity: £60,000 - £70,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

A Business Development Manager is required for a Electrical Contractor specialising in bespoke fire and electronic security solutions across luxury residential and commercial environments. The role will focus on developing client relationships, securing new projects and supporting the company''s continued growth within both established and emerging markets.

What You Will Do

• Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors and private clients
• Generate opportunities through existing industry contacts and networking
• Identify and secure Fire & Security projects across residential and commercial sectors
• Manage opportunities from enquiry through to contract award
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-specific solutions
• Grow existing client accounts whilst securing new business opportunities
• Support expansion into the commercial Fire & Security market

What You Bring (Essential Requirements)

• Proven Fire & Security sales or business development experience
• Experience selling CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm systems
• Established network within Fire & Security, Construction or Property sectors
• Demonstrable record of winning and developing client relationships
• Minimum 3 years'' business development or sales experience within a relevant sector
• Full UK driving licence

• Membership of a relevant industry body or working towards membership
• Experience securing projects within luxury residential environments
• Experience developing commercial sector accounts
• Knowledge of integrated electronic security solutions
