You will play a crucial role in tenant relations, property management, and ensuring that all housing policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated portfolio of social housing properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations. Provide support to tenants, addressing queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct property inspections and ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly and efficiently. Assist tenants with tenancy agreements, rent payments, and arrears management, ensuring that tenants are fully informed of their rights and responsibilities. Work closely with other departments and external contractors to resolve any housing-related issues, including maintenance, repairs, and safety concerns. Pr
