You will manage classroom behaviour, provide support to students, and ensure that the lesson is delivered as planned. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis, as and when the school requires your assistance.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teacher. Ensure that students remain on task and engage with the set lesson material. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Provide support for students with additional learning needs where applicable. Ensure that students complete work to the best of their ability.
