This full-time role will involve supporting two pupils with complex needs: half the day in Year 3, working with a boy with ASD/Autism alongside high-level SEMH needs, and half the day in Year 5, supporting a boy with ADHD, SEMH needs and attachment-related challenges. Both pupils spend significant time learning outside of the classroom, requiring a calm, consistent and nurturing approach. The successful candidate will be confident supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement through a trauma-informed and relationship-based approach.
