The role of the HR Business Partner will suit a confident people-focused HR Advisor or HR Officer looking to step up into a front facing true people partnering role, working with key operational site leaders and line managers ensuring they receive a consistent, compliant service and people-centric approach whilst delivering HR support and coaching where needed on people initiatives in a values-led environment.Working as part of an established close-knit and supportive wider UK HR team, the HR Business Partner role will suit a confident, commercially aware HR Professional with good business acumen and capable of playing a key role in supporting site stakeholders across several sites within its region.
