Lynx Recruitment are seeking an experienced Security Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SSE platforms, Web DLP, and CASB. This role focuses on control hardening, security engineering, and continuous improvement of cloud-delivered security services protecting data, identities, and cloud applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and enhance controls within SSE platforms (e.g. Zscaler or similar).Develop and optimise Web DLP policies to reduce data exfiltration risk.Strengthen CASB configurations including app governance and data protection.Conduct control gap analyses and implement improvements.Support threat analysis, alert tuning, and investigations with SOC teams.Provide documentation and evidence for audit and compliance requirements.Required Experience and QualificationsHands-on experience with SSE, CASB, and Web DLP solutions.Strong understanding of cloud security and Zero Trust principles.Experience assessing and improving control effectiveness.Ability to collaborate across security, cloud, and network teams.Hold an active SC ClearanceIT or technology-related degree with a minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent).If you are a technically strong Security Analyst who enjoys engineering and optimising controls in cloud-first environments, we''d like to hear from you.
