We''re recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join a successful, customer-focused business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail or customer service professional looking to take the next step in their management career.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you''ll help drive sales, lead and develop the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

About You

• Previous Assistant Manager or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
• A proven track record in sales and customer service.
• A confident leader with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and commercially aware.
• Telesales experience is advantageous.
