Cluster Director of Sales - role overview

The Cluster Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing a segment-focused sales strategy that maximises revenue across corporate transient, corporate contracted, MICE, group series, tour operators, FIT and GDS channels. This is a market-facing role requiring strong relationships, proactive prospecting and consistent engagement with key business partnersandnbsp;

1. Commercial Strategy andamp; Revenue Delivery



2. Build and execute a targeted annual sales plan for corporate, MICE, groups, tours, FIT, GDS and long-stay segments.



3. Proactively identify new business opportunities across the whole of Scotland and national markets.



4. Lead the hotel''s corporate RFP process, ensuring competitive positioning and conversion.
