**About This Role**
We are looking for caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a 38-year-old lady with complex needs who lives at home with her sister on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.
She requires full support throughout the day and night to ensure her comfort, safety and wellbeing.
She is generally happy and content but may become distressed when experiencing pain or discomfort. Providing reassurance, comfort and a calm, supportive approach is essential to helping her feel safe and settled. Building a positive relationship with her and offering regular social interaction and suitable activities will also play an important part in her daily care.
As her Healthcare Assistant, you will provide dedicated support with her daily care needs, monitor her comfort and wellbeing, and help create a positive and reassuring home environment.
You will work closely with her existing support network to ensure she receives consistent, compassionate and person-centred care.
