Project Manager - Construction Main Contractor £8m Mixed-use Development Freelance: Up to £500 per day Location: Richmond We are currently searching for a Project Manager for a mixed-use scheme in Richmond. The scheme comprises the refurbishment of an existing building to create commercial units, two storey vertical steel frame extension and basement construction. In addition, a brand new façade will be installed throughout. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the project from Preconstruction through to Handover. The main works are due to commence in mid-March, so there is an opportunity to be heavily involved in the Precon and have a big input on design.
