Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and serving of nutritious meals. Support the catering team in food preparation and kitchen duties. Prepare dining areas, tables, and meal trays for service. Serve meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner. Receive and store food deliveries appropriately. Clear tables and dining areas following meal services. Carry out routine cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, including the use of industrial cleaning equipment. Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Environmental Health, and Health and Safety regulations at all times. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen environment.
