The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, carrying out general labouring duties and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently across a varied property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Assisting trades operatives with repairs and maintenance works. Carrying out general labouring duties across occupied and void properties. Loading and unloading materials, tools and equipment. Maintaining clean and safe working areas. Supporting property reinstatement and site preparation works. Completing pre-start safety checks and risk assessments. Reporting access issues, hazards and material requirements. Using mobile technology and completing relevant job documentation. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety guidelines Requirements To be considered, you will ideally have: Previous experience working as a Labourer within construction, maintenance or social housing.
