from surrounding towns and cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will include:Be the Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing processes liaising between Design Engineer team and Machine Tool OperatorsProvide technical guidance, problem solving skills and direction to the Manufacturing and Assembly teams to ensure quality standards and programme schedules are maintainedAdvise on the manufacturability of components and ability of machines to achieve right first time during the design reviewsLead PFMEA reviews including process mapping, risk mitigation and creation of approval proceduresInterpret and translate technical drawings into manufacturing drawingsDrive Continuous Improvement within each projectCreate, maintain and improve works orders with accurate routingsFor the Senior Manufacturing Engineer role, we are keen to receive CV''s from candidates who possess:Experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, within an Engineering environment where Turning, Boring, Milling and CNC processes are utilisedA working knowledge of assembly processesA strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingAbility to use 2D and 3D CADExperience CNC programmingSalary and Benefits:up to £50,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday37.5 hours per week25 Days annual leave + Bank holidaysCompany pension contributions of up to 8%Please be aware that many roles working for our client will be subject to both security and export control restrictions.These restrictions mean that factors including your nationality, any previous nationalities you have held, and your place of birth may limit those roles you can perform for the organisation.
