Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their internal sales team.This is a relationship-focused role where you''ll manage an existing customer base, build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities to grow accounts through proactive customer engagement.The RoleKey responsibilities include:Managing and developing an existing portfolio of customer accounts.Building strong, long-term relationships with clients.Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional products and services.Following up enquiries and maintaining regular customer contact.Keeping CRM records up to date.Working towards individual sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.About YouYou''ll have previous experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or a similar customer-facing commercial role.You''ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and delivering excellent service.
