Momentum FM are looking for a confident, organised and resilient Business and Operations Coordinator to join our busy Head Office team. - Office based role, in Hazlemere, High Wycombe.- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (16:00 finish on Friday''s)- Salary: £28,000-£30,000, depending on skills and experience About the RoleThis is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our commercial cleaning and facilities management business.You will be dealing with cleaners, customers, Area Managers and office colleagues throughout the day, so strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.One minute you may be answering a customer query, the next dealing with a cleaner calling in sick, updating a rota, checking new starter paperwork or helping resolve an operational issue.You need to be someone who can multitask, prioritise, stay positive and keep a cool head when several things happen at once.This is not a management role, but it does require a strong character, good judgement and someone who is comfortable being firm when necessary and handling occasional difficult conversations professionally.
