ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEERCOMPANY OVERVIEWJOB OVERVIEWOur client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to carry out mobile maintenance works in the SoutheastTheir client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks and industrial units, Retail and Student Accommodation.We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years experience in similar Electrical / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.JOB RESPONSBILITIESDiagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONSApproved Electrical Apprenticeship Minimum requirement.18th Edition Accreditation Essential.2391 Testing and Inspection Beneficial.F-Gas and ODS Regulations (CandG 2079-11) Advantageous (Not essential)SALARY and BENEFITS£43,000- £47,000 (DOE)On Call 1 in 421 Days Holiday + Bank HolidayCompany vehicle and fuel card.Pension scheme.Health and wellness benefits.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Opportunities for career growth within the organization.If you are interested in this role please
