Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements. Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues to maximise system performance and reliability. Complete minor repairs, modifications and remedial works. Conduct routine inspections of BMS equipment and associated controls. Respond to service calls and provide technical support during system failures and breakdowns.
