These are client-side opportunities within a major residential property team delivering a long-term programme of renewal, refurbishment and modernisation across a large, listed estate. This Project Manager opportunity would suit professionals from a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Architecture background, provided you have strong project management experience gained in either the public or private sector. The successful Project Manager will lead complex capital works and refurbishment schemes, working closely with consultants, contractors, residents and senior stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. Required Skills and Qualifications Chartered status in a relevant discipline such as RICS, RIBA, CIOB, CIBSE, ICE or IStructE, or equivalent relevant experience. Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APM, or strong equivalent project delivery experience. Proven experience delivering high-value, complex construction or refurbishment projects at a senior or principal level. Background in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or a related property/construction discipline, with project management responsibility.
