We''re looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of rail projects across reactive, planned, and framework-based works. You''ll drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement, and lead high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of current and future rail works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across delivery teams. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, IMS functionality, automation, and system integration. Drive initiatives that optimise performance, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Essential Requirements Proven project or works delivery experience within the rail or transport sector. Experience delivering reactive and framework-based projects. Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple sites. Good knowledge of rail safety, quality, and environmental standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Desirable APM, PMP, or PRINCE2 qualification. Experience working within Network Rail or similar client frameworks.
