Our client is looking for a detail-driven Finance Assistant with Accounts Payable expeirence to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. This is a part-time role, 3 days a week which can be flexible with days/working hours. The Finance Assistant will support Accounts Payable operations and ensure timely, accurate invoice and payment processing. Key Responsibilities Manage invoices: route for approval, process in NextProcess, and match to POs/Spend Requests Share media invoices via Slack for billing file inclusion Resolve invoice queries, discrepancies, and missing approvals with internal teams and suppliers Onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records, including media suppliers in billing files Respond to supplier payment chases, checking status in NetSuite/NetSuite NextProcess and providing clear updates Support mid-month and month-end payment runs Review Ramp card transactions, ensuring VAT is captured, with validated receipts collected Match bank payments to invoices; raise journals where required Complete bank reconciliation ahead of month close to support month-end reporting Approve employee expenses twice monthly, ensuring compliance with company policy and correct documentation Skills and Experience Previous Accounts Payable or finance admin experience Strong accuracy and attention to detail Experience with finance systems (e.g., NextProcess, NetSuite, expense platforms) Confident communicator, able to chase approvals and resolve qu
