Senior Fabric Data Engineer - £500/pd Outside IR35 6-Month Contract £500/day Outside IR35 Fully Remote (UK) We are partnering with a well-established organisation embarking on a significant data transformation journey and are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join them on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can quickly assess a complex data environment, resolve critical data extraction and synchronisation issues, and restore confidence in reporting capabilities. You''ll play a key role in stabilising current operations while helping shape the organisation''s longer-term move towards a modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric. The Opportunity The organisation relies on a large and complex database environment that supports critical business processes and reporting. Due to issues with existing synchronisation and data extraction processes, key stakeholders are struggling to access the information they need, creating significant operational and regulatory challenges. As the senior technical lead on the engagement, you will be expected to rapidly identify root causes, implement solutions, support reporting teams, and provide clear communication around delivery plans, dependencies, and timelines.
