What You''ll Do:As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and executing change management activities for exciting digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include: Change Delivery and Execution:Design and implement tailored change plans for various initiatives.Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and support activities.Create user-facing materials and guidance documents to aid in the transition.Monitor and report on business readiness and adoption progress through feedback.Develop detailed change implementation plans, including timelines and risk management strategies.Stakeholder and User Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with product teams, end users, and business leaders.Ensure change messaging is clear, relevant, and timely.Advocate for user needs within product delivery and change decision-making.Identify and engage change champions and advocates within the organization.Listen to stakeholder concerns and manage expectations eff
