The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site, overseeing subcontractors, programme, quality, health and safety and delivery through to completion. What You''ll Be Doing; Managing the day-to-day delivery of traditional build residential developments Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and plant Managing programme, progress and short-term planning Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship Managing health and safety and site compliance Liaising with the client, consultants and wider project team Managing snagging, handover and completion Maintaining site records and ensuring works are delivered to programme What You''ll Need; Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction Strong traditional build experience Good knowledge of residential construction, ideally from groundworks through to handover SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Strong understanding of health and safety, quality and programme management Good communication and leadership skills A stable employment background ..... full job details .....
