This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the group and managing a talented team to deliver robust, well-controlled reporting outputs.Key responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of accountants and assistant accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. Maintain strong financial control through effective reconciliations, financial processing and structured review processes. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and internal control frameworks. Build and maintain partnerships with finance, operations and product teams across the business, adapting financial processes to align with business or regulatory change.
