Part-Time Project Coordinator - Immediate StartSteeton, Bradford - West Yorkshire (Onsite)13-Week ContractOutside IR35£120 per day Part-Time - 5 Morning Shifts per WeekWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of installation projects within a fast-paced operational environment.This is a hands-on coordination role focused on subcontractor management, site documentation, scheduling support, and field compliance activities. The role exists to ensure installation activities are properly coordinated throughout the programme - allowing the Project Manager to focus on overall delivery oversight and client management.Project Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors and engineers throughout project deliveryManage installation schedules, trackers, and outstanding actionsEnsure site documentation and compliance records are accurate and up to dateChase outstanding actions and maintain momentum across multiple workstreamsSupport field teams with administrative and coordination activitiesMaintain high standards of documentation quality and reportingCommunicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersIdentify delays, gaps, or risks early and escalate where requiredProject Coordinator What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in project support, project coordination, or installation coordinationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving part
