Job Title:Workshop TechnicianLocation:Milton KeynesStart:ASAPType:Contract - 6 MonthsPotential to go permanentHours:37 hours (options for overtime)Rate: 15 per hourPosition Summary:To assemble, test and despatch products against customer orders for a supplier of Entry systems for the Rail Industry. Duties include:Checking products at pre-installation stageRefurbishing mechanical products and entry systemsTesting products and systemsTo assemble and test products to workshop instructions. (Mechanical)Completing and filing works orders and test sheetsChecking in of deliveries and signing off packing listsPacking, labelling and despatching of products/orders using core IT systemsAssisting with the sorting and recycling of metal waste.Adhering to and assisting with the maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management system.Assist with stocktaking.To assist Engineering project team as and when required.Experience / Qualifications:Experience in a workshop / warehouse environment- Some assembly and production experience- Good work ethicThe Process:In person interview going over work history and competenciesContact:(url removed)
