This is a varied role, incorporating cancellations, amendments, upselling and resolving any customer queries. Fully remote!JOB DESCRIPTION:- Taking calls and enquires from customers who have booked holidays- Offer excellent customer service and resolve queries- Managing all cancellations, amendments and special requests post-booking- Selling ancillary products and add-ons to bookings- Supporting and working with the admin and sales department- Ensuring quality and accuracy of ticketing and invoicing- Deal effectively with complaints, resolving the customers query- Opportunities to upsell and earn commission in the region of 300 per monthEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a post-booking department of a travel company, or you will have previous experience in a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Cruise company and be keen to move away from sales and into service!
