Health, Safety and Transport Compliance Supervisor W Talent is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Health, Safety and Transport Compliance Supervisor to join its operations team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on compliance professional with experience across Health and Safety and HGV transport compliance to take ownership of key processes, support operational management and help maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the Head of Operations and Transport Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments, Operator Licence requirements and driver and vehicle compliance records are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor company Health and Safety policies and procedures. Conduct, review and maintain risk assessments and associated documentation. Maintain accurate Health and Safety records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Manage HGV Operator Licence compliance, including driver and vehicle records. Monitor driver licence checks, vehicle inspections, servicing and maintenance documentation. Track compliance deadlines, ensuring checks and reviews are completed on time. Identify potential risks, investigate compliance issues and support corrective actions. Produce compliance reports and provide updates to senior operational management.
