3 x Control Systems EngineerInitial 12 Month ContractsHybrid - 3 days per week on site Glascoed, South Wales 36.85 Per Hour (Umbrella - Inside IR35) The Role Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes, in line with Engineering Plans and Budgets, ensuring technical solutions and processes are robust, timely, cost-effective and meet Customer expectationsImplementation and validation of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assignments to new machineryAssist in the specification and qualify new equipment, often working with suppliers to meet tight deadlines. Ensure all process equipment meets regulatory and safety standardsTo conduct and document Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) in relation to SILTo support and contribute to FMEA''s, PFMEA''s, DFMEA;s, RCM studies in support of SIL activitiesModifying PLC/HMI/SCADA programs and other programmable devices.Commissioning newly installed controls systems in accordance with the agreed technical specificationsThe Candidate Experience and demonstrated knowledge of PLC systems ideally with TIA and Simatic ManagerA demonstrable knowledge of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) If you are interested in these contracts, please send a copy of your CV to Tom McGuire by clicking the "Apply Now" button.
