Facilities Coordinator Location: Central London (Trafalgar Square area) Hourly Rate: 15.42 Contract Length: 3/6 months Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) based in office full time Key Responsibilities:Help Desk: Assist with travel bookings, couriers, car hire, and stationery orders.Maintain and update internal spreadsheets.Switchboard Operations:Answer and transfer calls on the switchboard.Provide appropriate contact details to callers.Office Support:Set up conference and meeting rooms for various activities.Manage the movement of post, stationery, and other materials.Issue access passes and monitor service areas to ensure stock availability.Escort non-employees on-site as needed.Maintain cleanliness in all areas, ensuring a clutter-free environment.General Duties:Assist with various tasks as requested by the FM team.To succeed in this role, you should have:A successful track record in a customer-focused environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word, with some Excel experience.A fast learner who thrives under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.Sound numeracy skills and a flexible approach.The ability to lift and move bulk materials.An approachable and helpful demeanour.Awareness of health and safety issues.A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
