Sub Agent Tunnelling / Heavy Civils - 6 Months+ We are looking for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project, working with an established main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in tunnelling, underground works or major infrastructure who is comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of technically challenging construction activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate sections of works from planning through to completion. Oversee site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist packages. Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Produce and review RAMS, method statements, permits and construction documentation. Coordinate temporary works and interfaces between different work packages. Monitor programme progress and identify potential delays or construction issues. Work closely with the Site Agent, Project Manager and commercial team. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance. Support short-term planning, site logistics and allocation of labour and resources. About You We re looking for someone with: Previous experience working as a Sub Agent, Section Engineer or Site Agent. Strong main contractor civil engineering experience.
