An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to join a busy Residential Lettings team. You''ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and providing an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of a residential property portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard. Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions. Monitor property compliance, ensuring all legal and statutory requirements are met. Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, tenancy terminations, final inspections, and deposit negotiations. Support rent collection and maintain accurate property records. Resolve property-related issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. About You Previous experience in residential property management. Good knowledge of lettings legislation and property management processes. Experience managing maintenance, compliance, and contractor relationships. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Able to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
