Youll partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver a world-class SaaS platform that meets the needs of their global customer base.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and understands how to build and scale a modern engineering organisation.Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team, with plans to grow.Own architectural decisions, tech stack evolution, and platform performance.Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Commercial leaders to deliver value quickly and efficiently.Drive hiring, coaching, and development across the engineering team.Ensure technical due diligence, security, scalability, and best-in-class engineering practices.Proven experience leading engineering teams in a B2B SaaS business (ideally PE-backed)Strong track record of scaling engineering functions in growth-stage environments.Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and agile practices.Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom in and outbalancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.Passion for building great products, empowering teams, and solving complex challenges.Employment type
