With national capability, a strong local presence, and no subcontracted labour, compliance truly sits at the heart of everything we do.The RoleReporting to the Group Head of Risk and Compliance, you’ll play a key part in supporting our risk and compliance roadmap. This is a field-based role with national travel , requiring regular time on-site with operations teams and occasional visits to head office in Leeds.Your role will focus on audits, investigations, and driving a culture of compliance — helping us raise standards and keep both our people and our clients safe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead incident investigations, including those requiring RIDDOR reportingConduct audits and provide actionable feedback across sites nationwideMaintain and update compliance documentation (ACS, ISO, COP119)Support Business Continuity Plans and ensure teams are preparedAudit and refresh Assignment Instructions and Risk AssessmentsCarry out scheduled and unplanned frontline visits to embed best practiceProactively identify improvement opportunities to strengthen complianceSupport vetting and screening processes in line with ACS obligationsWhat We’re Looking ForSIA Frontline Licence – mandatoryExperience in security operations, audits, or investigationsKnowledge of ACS Scheme, BS7858, and PSIA (2001)IOSH or equivalent HandS qualification (preferred)Strong communication and influencing skills — confident to challenge where neededA self-starter and people person who thrives on autonomyFlexible to travel nationally (own vehicle required) and attend Leeds weeklyWhy Join Us?Be part of a national leader in the security sectorHigh-impact role with autonomy and visibilityWork directly with operations teams and senior leadershipExposure to a variety of sectors including hospitality, leisure, retail, and eventsCareer growth opportunities in a growing compliance and risk functionApply today and help shape compliance standards across the UK security industry.Seniority level
