Aftermarket Customer Care Advisor Morva Recruitment are recruiting three Customer Care Advisors to join an established Service and Maintenance team within the water industry, with positions available in Wolverhampton, Barnsley and Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoys building relationships, providing outstanding customer service and coordinating practical, technical solutions. The role is focused on customer care, service coordination and ensuring clients receive an efficient and reliable service. You will act as a key point of contact for water industry clients, helping to organise service visits, maintenance activities and repairs while maintaining strong working relationships. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a key point of contact for water industry clients, handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally. Building and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships. Coordinating and scheduling service visits, maintenance activities and repair works. Liaising with customers and internal service teams to ensure jobs are organised and progressed efficiently. Understanding customer requirements, identifying issues and helping to find practical solutions. Keeping customers informed of progress, timescales and any changes to scheduled work.
