The purpose of the PA role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bishop of the Stepney area, ensuring efficient handling of communications, management of schedules, and maintenance of records. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, compiling communications materials, and managing various financial tasks. Additionally, the PA plays a vital role in upholding confidentiality and assisting with safeguarding. The Diocese of London is the group of Church of England organisations located in London, north of the River Thames. It is overseen by the Bishop of London and is made up of parishes, schools, chaplaincies, missional communities, and other organisations across 18 Boroughs.
