My client is looking to expand their talented team of Production / Assembley Operatives who are passionate about hands-on work and take pride in their craft. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:15 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 08:15 AM - 12:45 PM Key Responsibilities: Assemble and manufacture lighting products to a high standard Work with hand tools and other assembly equipment with precision and care Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our exacting standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Follow company guidelines and health and safety procedures Who We re Looking For: A passion for hands-on work with a keen eye for detail Strong manual dexterity and experience working with hand tools Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude Previous experience in mechanical assembly or production work is highly advantageous Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment Own transport is essential due to the location of the site, as it is not easily accessible by public transport M4 Recruitment is an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
