Service Desk Analyst

Overview
Role overview: We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in London. Reporting to our Service Delivery Team Leader, you will provide 1st to 2nd line support to all Next15 hosted and supported brands. We operate a hybrid remote working model, so you will offer support from our office at 60 Great Portland Street, as well as remotely (UK-based) through telephone and email.Responsibilities
Ensure all new joiners have their laptops configured and that inductions are held to a high standard.Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and rollback instructions.Asset management, maintain accurate records of IT assets using internal tracking systems.Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms, resolve any issues, and communicate with building services as necessary.Qualifications
Technical skills with a thorough understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.Excellent service approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support.Logical reasoning and insightful approach.Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate workloads.Excellent stakeholder relationship managementExperience working in an IT service desk roleExperience in using Intune/JAMFBenefits
